Dr. Merve Ince Lezki joined MFG in 2025 as a patent engineer and patent attorney candidate. She has more than ten years of experience in experimental particle physics, semiconductor detector technologies, and high-energy physics instrumentation, gained through her work within the CMS and ATLAS collaborations at CERN.

Her main technical areas include semiconductor devices and sensor technologies, particle detectors, and the electrical and material characterization of advanced detector systems. In addition, she has extensive experience working in internationally coordinated large-scale research projects.

Before joining MFG Patentanwälte, Dr. Ince Lezki completed her doctoral studies in physics at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, Italy, and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Geneva.
