DR. FRANK MEYER-WILDHAGEN Dipl.-Phys., Dr. rer. nat., LL.M.

As a physicist with many years of research and teaching experience in experimental particle physics, Dr. Meyer-Wildhagen has broad and deep technical knowledge that extends beyond the field of physics. He has been working for over two decades in the field of intellectual property (IP), particularly in information and communication technology. He also broadened his legal knowledge by earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.).

Dr. Meyer-Wildhagen has extensive experience in contentious proceedings up to the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) and represents clients with strategic insight in patent infringement and validity proceedings.

He is a specialist in drafting assertive and internationally compatible patent applications (also in English) and represents clients in patent infringement and validity proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), the European Patent Office (EPO), the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), and in proceedings up to the Federal Court of Justice (BGH).
