As an enthusiastic mechanical engineer (design and development at the Technical University of Munich – TUM), with sound business knowledge (business administration and economics studies at TUM), Till Gerhard has been working successfully as a patent attorney for more than 20 years – before all relevant authorities and courts. He is also a Representative before the UPC. He regularly assumes lectures on IP law and innovation management (TUM, IHK Koblenz).

Till Gerhard has first-hand knowledge of all important aspects of successful product development since he worked for many years as an engineer and managing director in a medium-sized company.

He also provides counsel on brand portfolios, compensation concepts for employees’ inventions, licensing and contract issues, as well as due diligence proceedings on IP portfolios.
